The 10-Day Jumpstart is a led group program that shows you a simple system to start feeling and looking your best in less than two weeks.


From March 3rd to March 12th, you’ll learn how to create new eating habits that help you reclaim your energy, feel lighter and kiss your bloated belly goodbye.


We'll develop a practical routine you can stick to that works with any food restrictions or health conditions – even if nothing has worked for you ‘til now.

I’m a dedicated Functional Health Coach, here to guide and support women like you on a path to enhanced energy and overall vitality.


I’ve personally experienced the challenges of health issues, and I’m passionate about empowering you to overcome a wide spectrum of vitality symptoms through identifying and addressing their root causes.

1 – When does the 10-Day Jumpstart start?

The program runs from March 3rd until March 12th. The live kick-off call will take place a few days before to get you well prepared.


2 – Who is this for?

Essentially, it’s for anyone who’s tired of being tired, feeling moody all the time and who wants to feel lighter, more focused, get rid of food cravings and rediscover what feeling GOOD actually feels like.


3 – What’s included?

The 10-Day Jumpstart includes access to live sessions, a course guide, meal ideas and inspiration, access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with the other participants and personalized support from me via email, the Facebook group and the live calls to help you get the most out of our 10 days together.


4 – What if I'm traveling or otherwise unavailable during those dates?

It depends. Should you embark on a global backpacking adventure, be getting married or having a baby...this probably isn't the right time for you. But if it's a simple business trip or your birthday happens to fall in the middle of our 10 days, we can work around that. In fact, it can be incredibly beneficial to learn how to navigate an "imperfect" schedule and still take care of yourself.


6 – What if I have specific dietary restrictions?

No problem. The principles of the 10-Day Jumpstart apply to everyone. However, some recipes may not apply to you.


8 – What happens after I buy?

After you click on one of the buttons below or above, you’ll be redirected to a checkout page where you’re asked for some basic information and payment details.


Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an invitation for the live kick-off call. The kick-off call takes place 2 or 3 days before the actual kick-off (February 29th or March 1st). In addition, 3 days before the kick-off date, you’ll receive all the materials included in the program as well as access to the private Facebook group.

9 – Can I really expect to see significant changes in how I look or feel after just 10 days?

Well, that depends on what you consider a “significant change.”


Feeling more energized and focused? Absolutely. Drop a pound or two? Yes. But don’t expect to lose 20 lbs or magically cure the health issues that have been bugging you for years.


The 10-Day Jumpstart is, as the name suggests, your first step toward turning your health around.


You’ll have to keep the momentum going after Day 10 to make longer-lasting change. Obviously!
